Creates and configures an XLM-XXV module that runs the Washington University PSD firmware to interface with the WASH-U motherboards. This driver was contributed by Jon Elson of Washington University in St. Louis.

-firmware filenameThis option is accepted without error but ignored. This is because the firmware is normally loaded and configured via the CHIP control program available from Wash-U. Note tha the CHIP control program requires that the VMUSBReadout program be running.
