Launches program that can, in turn, launch the configuration GUI tools for the NSCLDAQ manager subsystem. The user interface consists primarily of a listbox. Double clicking an entry in the list launches the corresponding configuration utility:
Users and Roles launches the configuration editor for the authorization subsystem.
Containers launches the configuration editor for container definitions
Programs launches the program configuration editor.
Event logging launches the event log editor. Event loggers are a special type of program given their need to be transient but potentially critical.
State Machine launches a state machine editor. In most applications you will not need this editor, as the database is pre-populated with the state machine appropriate for NSCLDAQ.
Sequence Definition launches the sequence editor that provides the capability to create sequences that are triggered by state transitions and the steps performed by those sequences.
Key Value store launches an editor that allows you to create and delete keys in the key value store as well as to modify the values of existing keys. Be very careful when deleting keys as steps in sequences may depend on the values of some of those keys. For example the run and title keys are typically used to set the run number and title for Readout programs that are NSCLDAQ compatible.
