Bulk spectrum data are stored in a SYS-V shared memory region. These memory regions are identified by a 32 bit key. This key is usually expressed as a four character string. This command returns that string.
The use case for this command is to allow the REST plugin to tell a local client how to map the bulk spectrum shared memory so that it can get higher data transfer than REST request/response would allow.
